Peanut Butter Bliss¾ c raw almonds1 Tbs cocoa powder12 large pitted dates2 Tbs peanut butter1-2 Tbs maple syrup

Blend dates, cocoa powder & peanut butter in a food processor until resembles a paste. Add almonds, pulse until desired chunkiness. Add maple syrup and blend. Press into silicon molds or form balls. Refrigerate until firm. Makes 14 balls or bars for 2 Points Plus each. (28 WW Points Plus total)

Homemade Chewy Granola Bars

½ c peanut butter or sunbutter 22 points plus1/3 c honey 10 points plus¼ c coconut oil 14 points plus1 c dried oats 7 points plus1 c total of any combination of 20 points plussunflower seeds, toasted or raw sesame seeds, flax seeds, pepitas, chia seeds, shredded coconut, diced dried apricots, dried cranberries, raisins, dried cherries, etc.

In a medium sized pan melt together peanut butter, honey & coconut oil. Remove from heat and stir in one cup of oats. Then stir in one cup of your favorite combination of seeds and dried fruits. Spread mixture into 8x8 or 9x4 pan. Chill for 2 hours and cut into 18 bars for 4 points plus each. (73 WW points plus total)

Want to save some calories? Substitute 8 Tbs of PB2 mixed with the right amount of water to make it creamy (instead of the traditional peanut butter). Total points change to 55 points plus making it 3 points per bar.
