Pamdox Bnsi11 - Cm1e Creek U11it, Utnlz - Federal Exploratory Unit comprised of 53,000 acres. East Texas Bnsill, TX - HBU, HBP- Fee comprised of 9,600 acres Powder River Bnsill, WY - HBU, HBP, Federal, State and Fee comprised 15,000 acres

Led Fidelity as Unit Operator tlU'ough BLM Amendment approval of the Cane Creek Unit Agreement in 2015. Given the inability to drill economic wells in the Cane Creek Unit at $50 dollar oil, I worked to change our drilling and completion obligations in order to save an estimated $8-10 Million from Capex in 2015 and hold Unit together, while increasing value through implementing the science of obligation stimulations in the formation.

Presentations to Executive Management on the following: Drilling AFE and Well review. Land objectives, sh·ategy for development. Marketing efforts of Fidelity to Goldman Sachs. Correspondence and negotiations with WI partners.

Testimony at Board of the Utah Division of Oil, Gas and Mining (UDOGM). Granted an extension to flare unit wide gas up to 4MMCF / day, m1til the completion of our gathering line and gas processing plant. Communitization Agreements and Spacing Hearings

Draft Transportation Agreement to flow gas, critical to operations of oil production. Worked alongside legal counsel, facilities engineers, asset managers, financial managers and third party pipeline operators to create terms for shipping our residue gas to market.

Drilling schedule: Ensure depth ownership, drilling obligations, environmental affairs, land access and conh·acts are in-line. Manage DTO preparation, land diligence, SUA and Unit Agreement commih11ents are met.

Participating Area Revisions, BLM. Organize disciplines and apply for approvals, creating lease schedules and correlating interest with DOI. Predicated on Paying Well Determinations, applied for within 6 months of completion of wells.

Explorato1y Unit formation: Currently in the process of; Enviromnental Impact Statement (EIS); acquisition of new leasehold, committing open leases held to Master Leasing Plan (MLP), joining partners, putting together an area in depth meeting with the BLM, SITLA(Utah State Trust) and other WI partners.

Cure Title Opinion requirements prior to drilling; ensure leases are valid via rental payments, ensure provisional compliance and correct deficiencies.

Communication with field perso1mel, per use of right-of-way, easement and consh·uction grant as they relate to Joint Operating Agreements, Unit Agreements, Environmental Assessments and APD's.

Prepare Well Announcements, surface-landing-bottom-hole coordinates, drill block acreage WI & NRI.

Analytical Model : Horizontal Multifrac SRV (Uniform Fracs) Model (IHS RTA Program Documentation)

The horizontal multifrac model is a rectangular model that contains a non-contributing horizontal well fed by multiple identical and equally-spaced transverse fractures. The portion of the reservoir between the fracture tips and the entire reservoir length is defined as the inner-reservoir.

The model calculates the reservoir's response from early-time storage and fracture flow, through the transition into boundary dominated flow. The fundamental building block of this model is the bi-linear fracture model for a vertical well. The inner-reservoir feeds the fractures via linear flow, and the fluid within the fractures travels linearly towards the wellbore. However, for a horizontal well, the fluid within transverse vertical fractures actually has a radial flow pattern and a convergence skin has been implemented in order to account for this. As a result, it is not possible to observe radial flow with this model.

The reservoir dimensions, number of fractures and fracture half-length may be specified by the user, provided that the entire wellbore and all fractures fit within the reservoir boundaries. The dimensionless fracture conductivity must also be specified. In this model, fracture tips always extend to the edge of the reservoir. In this model, (xt)y is always half of Ye. Changing the value of one dynamically changes the value of the other.

Note: A detailed description of the model is given by: Brown, M., Ozkan, E., Raghavan, R. and Kazemi, H. "Practical Solutions for Pressure Transient Responses of Fractured Horizontal Wells in Unconventional Reservoirs." SPE Paper 125043 prepared for Presentation at the 2009 SPE Annual Technical Conference and Exhibition, New Orleans, Louisiana. October 2009.
