This is how the "mail in" version appears but I recommend doing this online now even though it is $50.00 ($20 more) it is quicker and does not require government employee data input. This assures it will be input correctly. I do not have a "LAST" name, never did. I only THOUGHT that I did because EVERYONE thinks they do. It's a trick folks, your "Family" is where you came from and ALWAYS comes FIRST. Then a comma separates it from the "Given Name" which the name you are known by and given by your mother and father. Your "identity" is not defined by a government document anymore now, even the USA Passport is NOT an ID even though everyone seems to think it is. It qualifies as a form of ID but it is merely a "Travel Document" and nothing more. The COLB name is the :LEGAL NAME" created by government for YOU to use, not for you to claim as being YOU! In fact, it is an "Artificial Person" rather than a man or a woman so if you claim it IS you, that is a fantasy and now they have you in their fictional realm. You must admit that name is YOU though and of course now you know it is NOT you and the officially SOS certified "ANC" provides the necessary evidence to prove this to anyone. There is an obscure law in every state that requires the following under "United States" (federal) mandate that reads like this:"Any name used in commerce for a profit "in this state" MUST be filed with the Secretary of State).This means EVERYONE that has failed to do as I have is VIOLATING that law! The penalty is that you can't defend yourself in a court maintaining THAT name. No wonder everyone loses in court when the government prosecutes that COLB name. What is the very first thing a judge asks in court??? "Please state your name." B-I-N-G-O!!!"In this state" means "in the United States" so this filing is good anywhere in the United States...and I mean ANYWHERE! This is it folks, now you ARE free...well at least I am!No more income taxes, no more licenses, no more lines to register your vehicles, no more "permits", no more property taxes, no more liens, no more poor credit history/low FICO scores and most importantly, no more harassment by government. If you suffer at the hands of a poorly trained govt employee that does not know what it means when you tell him or her you are "registered", you are compensated by restitution for unjust enrichment. Govt employees respect me now and roll out the red carpet to make certain I am not damaged in any way. I broke that magic spell that has been cast over the entire world's population. The fantasy realm of govt and the fraudulent system that the organized criminals operate within is now broken as well and the walls are crumbling. People are doing this to themselves though which is "voluntary servitude". It explains why the so called "voluntary income tax" only appears to be mandatory. Know who you are. Know who you are NOT. This is it. Now YOU know what to do...and it's all up to you. Know your Soul, trust ONLY your Soul.Peace, love and light to all people!
