Store Visual Team Responsibilities

• Executing all marketing promotions• Change out of promotional banners• Window Displays• In Store Marketing• Receiving / Sending VMD Materials

•Floor Sets, Updates, Changes• Knowing product placement• Refreshing Floor• Replenishing Floor• Merchandising New Shipment

•Communication with Area Visual Manager | District Visual Manager• Stores will contact Area Visual Manager unless there is no AVM

•Store Visual Manager partnering with Store Manager to have efficient communication between both teams• Store Visual Manager trains the Store Visual Team• Store Visual Manager creates the Store Visual Team’s schedule
