IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO READ CAREFULLY
1. Students will be selected by each institution and will apply
to the BRECI coordinators (deadline January 31 ,2015 see address
below) with CV and motivation letter. In case of many candidates,
the BRECI Indian coordinators will send the CV of the different
candidates and GRASSROOTS will choose the most relevant candidate.
GRASSROOTS will accept or refuse the candidates depending on the
profile.
2. Students cannot contact directly GRASSROOTS before being
selected to avoid confusion. GRASSROOTS will not accept any
students who will not respect this rule.
3. The BRECI Indian network will send the names of students
selected by each institution by February 20, 2015
4. The students will use the internship agreement provided by
the Indian Network and will send it by mail (signed) to the Network
by the end of February.
5. The Network will contact the Indian partner, send the useful
papers to get the visa and will send them to the students .
6. The students will be in charge of contacting the NGO before
arrival and will pay their expenses (in Rupees) on arrival.
