The Phoenix Ultra High-purity Lab Water System from Aries FilterWorks delivers Type I, 18.2 Megohm water quality on demand. The water is purified using a staged purification process which includes high-purity ion exchange resins to remove dissolved minerals and internal recirculation to maintain purity. As the water exits the system, a final filter removes particulates and bacteria to reach Type I water specifications. Additional technologies are offered depending on the application, including UV and Ultrafiltration. Multiple sensors continuously monitor the system and final water quality to ensure trouble free operation.

The dis-pensing port is continuously exposed to UV for complete sterility at the outlet. Water quality meets or exceeds ASTM, CAP and NCCLS Type 1 specifications.

Controls include PLC and a 3.5” high resolution HMI display. Touch panel screen provides easy interface for dispensing and programming up to four batches. Resistivity is clearly displayed with system operation status. Display turns red dur-ing alarm condition below resistivity set point. Hibernation mode runs the pump intermittently to keep the system ultrapure.

The ARIES High Purity Water System provides 4.0 liters per minute of 18.2 megohm water.* A quiet recirculation pump ensures constant water purity. Standard equipment includes a built in pressure regulator and a 0.2 micron final filter to remove bacteria. Water quality meets or exceeds ASTM Type I water specifications.

This attractive compact unit can be free standing or wall mounted. Resistivity is temperature compensated and continuously monitored on the digital display. Filters are easy to replace and require no tools. High capacity cartridges require less frequent change outs and lower operating costs.

A variety of options are available including: remote dispensing gun, 0.05 micron hollow fiber UF filter, and combination high-purity/sub-micron cartridge Reverse Osmosis pretreatment systems are also available. The Hydra DI Series is a pre-assembled cartridge system that provides deion-ized water using a staged filtration process. Water purification is provided using a 3-step process. Stage (1) removes particles greater than 5 micron, chlo-rine, and organics. Stages (2 & 3) are deionizers designed to remove dissolved minerals. The Hydra DI series includes all cartridges and resistivity light for a total turnkey system.

The Hydra DI high purity system uses low odor mixed bed cartridges for appli-cations requiring better than 10 MegOhm water quality. For less corrosive applications, the Hydra DI high capacity configuration provides water quality better than 50 KiloOhms. This is ideal for scale reduction and non-stainless steel piping systems.

The HPL-RO system uses feed water pres-sure to purify the water through a reverse osmosis membrane. The 4-stage filtra-tion process reduces dissolved salts and organics from the water. The permeate water is conveniently stored in storage tank while the concentrated salts are sent to drain.

The HPL-RO system is a perfect addition to any lab water system and can increase the DI cartridge capacity by 10 times. For low Total Organic Carbon (TOC) applications, reverse osmosis can significantly reduce levels to allow the polishing system to remove the final trace amounts.

A variety of larger production membranes and storage vessels are available upon request.

Hose nipple end caps have tapered ends for easy connec-tions. Straight nipple tube ends can be used with any 3/8” compression or tubing fitting.
