These conditions apply to all guests attending the above Christmas and Hogmanay Events.

All Events are subject to availability and all prices shown are inclusive of VAT.

All provisional bookings will be held for a maximum of 7 days, thereafter a deposit of £10.00 per person, per event is required to confirm your initial booking unless otherwise stated in our event programme.

Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Any bookings not confirmed after 7 days will be released without further notification.

All balances must be paid in full by the 1st November 2019.

All bookings made after the 1st November 2019 must be paid in full at the time of booking.

If the final amount is not settled by the 1st November 2019 the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking.

Any cancellations made after the 1st November 2019 are subject to full cancellation fee and any payments made after this date are non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be offset against food or beverage.

In the unlikely event that the hotel is obliged to cancel any event you have booked, all monies will be refunded, without any further liability to Cameron House.

Children aged between 5-12 years old dining from the children’s menu are eligible for the children’s prices as stated in our event programme.

Any child between 5-12 years old who wishes to dine from the adult menu can do so with a 25% price reduction based on smaller portions being served.

Children under 5 will dine with our compliments and do not require any deposits to be settled.

Special dietary requests and requirements must be made known to the hotel at least 14 days before the event.

No additional food or beverage of any kind is permitted into the hosting outlets.

All data and information relating to guests is subject to the Privacy Policy set out in full on the Cameron House website.
