iCUT4 is available in two versions:

• 4-cylinder engine more power to tackle slopes and difficult terrains.

• Fixed tracks (iCUT4 TRACK 1.3 m)• Expandable tracks (iCUT4 FLEX from 1.30 m to 1 m) to work in restricted areas and facilitate the transport.

The most powerful engine in its category, with 4-cylinder, 35.9 kW/49 HP, 2179 cc, to deliver the maximum torque (139.5 Nm) and tackle with less effort the toughest terrain and slopes.

Hydraulic SystemThe Load Sensing technology significantly reduces energy dissipation by matching the pump flow rate to that required by the user.The advantage is constituted by a hydraulic optimization of the oil flow needs for the benefit of consumption.

Thanks to the Flow Sharing valve in case of saturation of flow (which occurs when the demand of oil is higher than the flow rate delivered by the pump) the distributor provides the proportional reduction of the flow of each spool.The result is a greater efficiency, characterized to ensure in all circumstances the maximum productivity.

Control boxA state-of-the-art last generation remote control box offers a LED display with:• engine coolant temperature gauge• hydraulic oil temperature gauge• battery indicator• floating system on light• engine oil pressure light• fuel reserve• clogged up air filter light.

An acoustic alarm alerts the operator of any faults.

In addition to the immediate cut-off button the remote control box is also equipped with a safety device that sends a stop signal to the machine in the event of sudden and unjustified inclination of the control box itself.A cruise control system that can be activated from the console allows the automatic speed adjustment.

Starter panel

Failures related to any operating function can be easily detected through a display located on the electric box.

The warnings as per points 1, 2, 3, 7 and 8 in the starter panel, also appear on the console display allowing the operator to have full control of the machine functions.

Adjustable undercarriageIn iCUT4 FLEX design we have also taken into consideration:• the need to operate in confined spaces (A)• transporting the machine on trucks or vans (B).

(A) The iCUT4 width can be contracted via the control box from 130 cm to 100 cm. The 135 cm flail head can be replaced with another model with a 100 cm cutting width.

(B) With the 135 cm flail head, it is in any case possible from the console to reduce the width of the undercarriage and then lift and tilt the flail head obtaining an overall width well within the desired tracks contraction.

Floating systemA mixed system, mechanical and hydraulic allows the flail mower to follow ground contours smoothly.

A pre-loaded spring device moves the weight of flail mower back to the carrier decreasing friction in forward transfer.
