The purpose of this campaign is to help you further penetrate the processing market customer base and become the electrical business solutions advisor for our customers. The goal is to increase year-over-year sales and market share for the profitable industrial product solutions to targeted end users within a T&B Sales District. Feed Your Bottom Line Processing Solutions Campaign The campaign includes T&B's leave-behind sample box to jointly present processing solutions. The sample box shipment includes literature on the product solutions as well as promotions to pull through sales. It also has a FREE gift component that leads the customer to a landing page specific to this campaign. The pizza theme was created and incorporated into the materials, “Feed Your Bottom Line T&B Solutions for Processing” to gain customer interest, generate excitement and make this a fun and memorable program. We are excited to offer our Processing Solutions Campaign. How It Works

1. Distributora. Distributor needs to have a goal to grow

their processing market sales.b. Distributor needs to have the capability to

provide a target list of a minimum of 100 and maximum of 125 processing end-user locations for joint sales calls within the area selected.

c. Distributor needs to have the capability develop and provide sales growth reports monthly including Point of Sale sales vs. prior year for three months during and three months after the campaign.

d. All processing facility visits are to be joint sales calls with both the Distributor Partner and T&B.

The T&B Market Development Manager, MarComm Manager, and Sales Team need to have a mutual participating commitment prior to discussions with the distributor.

2. T&B Internal MeetingsT&B will conduct dedicated internal meetings to review program status. Included in the meetings will be T&B Sales Team, Market Development Manager, and MarComm Manager.

e. (60+) days prior to launch with distributor to confirm participation, discuss details, obtain high-resolution logo, phone number and target list and assign responsibility.

f. (30) days prior to launch to review status. g. One week prior to launch for final review, confirm

kits and product solution brochures are on hand, and kick off. We have found that it is better to over-communicate to maximize success.

h. Celebration Pizza Dinner ($150/branch for maximum of 8 branches) to be held after all targeted joint sales calls have been made.

3. Sample Box Details i. Determine the number of sample boxes needed (100-

125) and where they will ship. Communicate this to MarComm (30) days prior to kick-off date.

j. These sample boxes are intended as a leave-behind for the end user to install.

k. Sample boxes will ship directly to the T&B Sales Rep and have a campaign sticker on the master shipping box.
