    SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Thepurpose of the Webinar and NationalTeleconference Call is to provide aforum for us to obtain input on the draftrevised EN Report Card. When welaunched the report cards earlier thisyear, we committed to inviting ideas forimproving the initial EN Report Card.We have already received some input

    from ENs, which we have taken intoconsideration in the proposed draftrevision.

    We invite participation in theWebinar and National TeleconferenceCall from people who have an interestin the rules we use to administer theTTW program, people who apply for orreceive disability benefits or SSIpayments, members of the public,advocates and organizations whorepresent parties interested in the TTWprogram, and others.

    This is not a request for writtencomments and we will not respond to

    comments you send in response to thisNotice. We will accept and consider oralcomments through the Webinar andNational Teleconference Call. We willthen determine whether and how weshould adjust the EN Report Card.

    The Government of the Republic ofCyprus has informed the Government of

    the United States of America of itsinterest in an extension of theMemorandum of Understanding

    between the Government of the UnitedStates of America and the Governmentof the Republic of Cyprus Concerningthe Imposition of Import Restrictions onPre-Classical and ClassicalArchaeological Objects and Byzantine

    Period Ecclesiastical and RitualEthnological Material (MOU).

    Pursuant to the authority vested in theAssistant Secretary for Educational andCultural Affairs, and pursuant to therequirement under 19 U.S.C. 2602(f)(1),an extension of this MOU is herebyproposed.

    Pursuant to 19 U.S.C. 2602(f)(2), theviews and recommendations of theCultural Property Advisory Committeeregarding this proposal will berequested.

    There will be a meeting of theCultural Property Advisory Committee

    January 1720, 2012, at the Departmentof State, Annex 5, 2200 C Street NW.,Washington, DC Portions of this meetingwill be closed to the public, asdiscussed below.

    During the closed portion of themeeting, the Committee will review theproposal to extend cultural propertymemoranda of understanding with

    An open session to receive oral publiccomment on these two proposals will beheld on Wednesday, January 18, 2012,

    9:00 to 11:30 a.m. EST.Also during the closed portion of the

    meeting, the Committee will continueits review of a new cultural propertyrequest from the Government of theRepublic of Belize seeking importrestrictions on Pre-Columbian andSpanish Colonial archaeologicalmaterial.
