"How YOU prepare in the present will predict how YOU perform in the future"

“February is a month of mixed emotions. For some, it is a great month to show a significant other you care with chocolate, flowers, a nice dinner, or a movie night. Others may not experience that overwhelming sense of romanticism. February tends to be a month where sadness and depression can heighten on college campuses. Students are back into school mode, homesickness can set in again, first tests of the semester are complete, and some relationships tend to become strained as students experience college more fully. Three tips to help combat these feelings and emotions are: a) turn to trusted friends and family who you can share your feelings with, b) stay involved with social activities, even if you do not feel like participating, and c) get regular exercise, which will increase neurotransmitters (mood-enhancers) and endorphin levels.”
