I am a 36 year old looking to bridge the gap between country and fine dining flare. I plan on capitalizing on my experiences working in and around professional kitchens as well as my long time passion for cooking at home to bring delicious and tasty food to your table. I am hoping to provide fresh daily specials combined with a more accessible menu in order to allow more variety and spontaneity. Using my varied life experiences as a springboard, I hope to be able to bring different flavors to the table. Italian, Mexican, and Asian flavors combined with fresh made daily down home classics I hope there will be something for everyone on the menu. I am so excited to be able to have the opportunity to be the chef here at Burningtree Country Club. So please come down and give our new specials a try and expect more changes to come!
