After 10 x 1+ a half hour sessions, the student should be able to speak simple Italian sentences to any Italian anywhere who will understand them. I emphasise pronunciation. The condition has two components firstly, there is the pain itself but , secondly there is also our response and relationship to that pain. The intention of this group is to show how acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness can assist sufferers in responding and dealing with their pain. The group will be led by Dr Max Simmons retired psychologist. SpringDale SingersSpringDale Singers meets at SpringDale Community Centre on Tuesday afternoons at 1:30pm until 3:30pm.We sing in harmony (4 parts) a wide range of music and song; enjoying good fellowship and the joy of singing; accompanied by an excellent pianist. Several conductors (from the group) strive to enhance performance over the year. We are not a performing choir although we do have an end-of-year performance at SpringDale Centre. We welcome any interested singers to join us; the ability to read music is not essential, we learn as we go.

• If there are not enough enrolments to successfully run a course it willbe cancelled.

• If a course is cancelled due to lack of enrolments or other reason,you will be notified and your fees will be refunded in full.

• Should you wish to withdraw from a course you must do so prior tocommencement of the course. Where fees have been paid, in thosecircumstances they will be refunded to you less an $8 administrative fee.

• If you withdraw from a course after it has commenced no refund will beissued. An opportunity to transfer to another course may however beavailable in certain instances.
