1. INTRODUCTION

Zeus Claim helps ‘Personal Injury’ treatment Clinics to meet the guidelines of

auto-insurance companies and collect maximum reimbursement from them.

Zeus Claim is specifically a personal injury medical evaluation EMR (Electronic

Medical Record) questionnaire and SOAP (Subjective Objective Assessment Plan)

Note system that locates decision points so that these points are not erroneously

omitted from the medical file.

PrognoCIS has partnered with Zeus Claim to bring in its services for Clinic Users

and have the interface invoked from within PrognoCIS (via existing Hook feature

– for more information, read the document on Hook namely,

Feature_Customization of menu for 3rd party urls.doc)

2. ZEUS CLAIM UI

Navigation Goto patient Encounter Encounter TOC Zeus Claim

The Zeus Claim link on Encounter TOC is a hook and following two properties become applicable for the same, - prognocis.hook<number>.parameters ( with property value being label=Zeus

Claim|modal=N|width=1000|height=500|top=50|left=80|url=ZEUS^55484293) and - toc.menu.options – the TOC property should have the appropriate

HOOK<number>

Note: PrognoCIS supports hook numbers between 1 and 9.

Zeus Claim UI allows Users to Create a Zeus Claim for Patients current encounter (a one-time process); Update an intermediate copy of the created Zeus Claim; and when ready, download the processed document onto the respective patient’s Document List in PrognoCIS.

Currently, the Zeus Claim UI displays the action buttons, Create, Update, and Download on the top right of the UI, followed by a table listing out various documents that were previously generated and downloaded for the Patient (if any for the current encounter). Refer to figure 2.1

Column description: – Download Time: Displays the date and time when the Zeus Claim was

downloaded for the Patient in the encounter. – Provider: Displays the name of the Attending Provider of the encounter. – Description: Displays the type of document. A Provider typically generates

only a SOAP note PDF file for each claim visit. The other document types such as the demand letter, rebuttal letter are generated by the attorney when the doctor cooperates on a patient claim with an attorney. The medical validation letter (added via the 'REQUEST Medical Validation and/or Attorney Letter') needs to be requested by the Provider from the Zeus Claim company which is then generated by an affiliated medical doctor at their end.

– View: The View icon: provided for each downloaded document, allows Users to view the details of selected documents

On Click on each individual record of the downloaded document, its content is available for preview on the screen itself. Refer to figure 2.1
