There is no scrimping on portions here; big cuts are plated for you to get stuck in. Think Cornish rump of beef, crispy pork belly with apple sauce and the big one, côte de boeuf. A lunch or dinner party has never looked so good.
Our Lunch and Dinner Feasting menus are available for groups of 6 guests upwards.
Why not add our Feasting Drinks Package of £20 per person, for unlimited house wine and beer for 90 minutes.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
NUMBERSWe can accommodate parties from 2 – 100 people in the restaurant. Total venue hire is possible, with notice, please email [email protected].
MENUSOur set menu is served to group reservations of 6 or more people. The set menus are a best selection of our a la carte menu.
Special dietary requirements can be accommodated if arranged in advance. In the event that certain dishes change, we will let you know before reservation.
SERVICE CHARGEA service charge of 12.5% will be added to the final bill.
All reservations for group bookings are subject to the terms & conditions and no variation thereof will be accepted, unless agreed in writing with the Stoke House.
TABLE TIMEThe table is available for a duration of 2 hours for group of 6 guests and less and for a duration of 2, 5 hours for group of 7 and more.
Please note that we will hold the table for 30 minutes after your booked arrival time but we will release the space if you have not arrived by this time and we will charge the full cancellation fee.
PAYMENT TERMSFull & final settlement of the bill is required at the end of your meal. We do not have the facility to create several bills. All major credit cards are accepted.
We do not accept cheques as a method of payment.
CONFIRMATION, CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWSAll bookings are provisional until we have received a signed Booking Form which constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions. A provisional booking will be held for 5 days without confirmation, after that time they may be cancelled.
Please return your confirmation form to us within 5 days of sending. The credit card details are used to secure the booking.
We will charge £20 per person if you cancel the booking within 48 hours of the event. If there is a reduction in numbers we require notice 24h in advance of arrival, otherwise we will charge the cost of each set menu as per the originally confirmed numbers.
ACCOUNT FACILITIESWe do not offer account facilities.
VATValue Added Tax at the current rate is included in all prices.
DAMAGEThe Client will be held responsible for and will reimburse the restaurant for any damage caused to our goods or premises.
LIABILITY FOR PROPERTYThe customer accepts the “Stoke House” cannot be held liable for any property brought on the venue by customers or by any of his/her guests.
LOUNGE LOVERS
Stoke House lounge loving is a thing. We are delighted to showcase our new lounge area with its luxury leather sofas, coffee tables and cute stools. Reserve this hot spot for your leaving party, birthday celebration or get together (for no reason at all) for up to 25 people.
Book you bar snacks, canapes and finger food to compliment buckets of beers, cocktail jugs and wine. Email [email protected] for lounge bookings.
SUMMER ON THE TERRACE
During the warmer months we open our outside terrace with comfy sofas and coffee tables offering the perfect location to throw an al fresco drinks and canape reception. Book the entire area exclusively for you and your guests, up to 25 people.
