Highway to Northlake Blvd. away from the main intersection to relieve congestion • U-turn movements introduced for left turn movements:
o WBL from Northlake Blvd. to SB SR 710o SBL from SR 710 to EB Northlake Blvd.
• Level of Service improvements for peak hour design year 2042• Reduces Right of Way impacts
