OFF-SALE MUNICIPAL LIQUOR STORE MANAGERThe City of Kiester is currently seeking qualified applicants to fill the position of Off-Sale Municipal Liquor Store Manager. This position is a part-time position with a maximum of 28 hours per week.
Essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to, staffing, training and managing employees. Plan and develop sound operating policies for the off-sale liquor store. Set prices for merchandise to assure profit margins. Follow procedures to ensure the liquor store is in compliance with City ordinances, Federal and State laws at all times. Be informed of industry practices and improved merchandising techniques. Order and inventory stock. Cashiering and experience with scanning equipment and inventory management software. Maintain lottery tickets per Minnesota State lottery. Prepare reconciliation sales and accounts payable information.
