Since FB knows that every single activity has to be done by a dedicated Team of expert, FB Balzanelli decided to create FB Ingenia, FB CNC and FB Service; professional team for professional solution.
Our History
In the 1980s its founder, Vincenzo Balzanelli, was a leader in the production of PVC corrugated pipes.
Dissatisfied with the lack of automatic coilers on offer at that time, he felt the need to design and build automatic coilers which could be really fast and reliable and capable of guaranteeing an elevated quality packaging. Since then a process of development and growth has been underway in the company’s production plant in Fano (Italy), over the years making nowadays FB Balzanelli a leader in the market for automatic coilers.
Thanks to our origin as pipe manufacturer, we can easily say that FB Balzanelli knows and understands what every pipe manufacturers really needs.
FB Balzanelli was the first ever (in the ‘90s) to come up with the idea of an automatic coiler with opposite reels (side by side); it also was also the first company to install a fully pneumatic strapping unit, and the first one to introduce a special haul-off device (in ‘94) to reduce ovalization for PVC and PE pipes.
Over the years, FB Balzanelli has conquered all the markets in which it has offered its automatic coilers and exclusive pipe packaging systems, guaranteeing to its customers productivity, payback, efficency and quality.

Currently under the leadership of Alessandro Balzanelli, today FB Balzanelli has become a reference company in the automatic pipe coiling and palletization system, always keeping and continuing to improve its only quality standards.
Today FB Balzanelli shows that it is always attentive to the new needs of the market and always seeks to find innovative solutions for its customers, thanks to continuous research to increase the level of performance and reliability of all its coilers and palletization systems.
