This position will be responsible for all of the SEC reporting requirements of AquaVenture Holdings Limited, the parent holding company which is publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange. Primary duties would include the preparation of quarterly, annual and other periodic SEC filings as well as performing US GAAP accounting research and other special projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Responsible for quarterly consolidation of results and disclosures in compliance with US GAAP Perform disclosure checklists and assist with disclosure committee meetings Responsible for the preparation and timely filing of quarterly, annual and other periodic SEC
filings including: 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, Form 4’s and Definitive Proxy Statement Responsible for the XBRL tagging process for all applicable SEC filings Prepare, communicate and coordinate SEC reporting calendar Coordinate and assist with certain monthly and quarterly close meetings and processes Perform technical accounting research and draft comprehensive memos that document and
support the Company’s accounting conclusions on a variety of issues Assist with ad hoc projects to provide accounting guidance to advise the Company on business
transactions Assist with purchase accounting and related documentation for all acquisitions Assist with monitoring and implementing new US GAAP pronouncements and SEC reporting
regulations applicable to the Company Assist with the review of quarterly earnings releases and investor presentations Assist with the preparation of quarterly board of directors reporting packages and presentations Assist with managing compliance with internal controls around the financial reporting process Assist with the enforcement of the Company’s insider trading policy

Responsible for coordination with the Company’s external auditors around annual audits and quarterly reviews
Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual accounting close procedures, as needed Participate in special projects and ad hoc reporting requests as they arise Assist with components of bank and lender reporting, including the preparation of consolidated
financial statements and other required deliverables Assist in maintaining the consolidation and reporting software (Host Analytics) and developing
new reporting capabilities Assist V.P. of Corporate Accounting and Reporting, Director of International Tax and Director of
Investor Relations with Ad Hoc reporting and various projects
Qualification/Requirements: Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the
organization Ability to manage projects Must be organized and a self-starter US GAAP technical accounting research skills Ability to produce quality work under tight deadlines
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in accounting from an accredited college or university required (Masters
degree or CPA preferred) Minimum of 1-2 years of direct accounting experience required. Ideal candidate would also have
industry experience in a public company or 1-2 years of public accounting experience. Prior experience with SEC reporting and deadlines or other strict deadlines of this nature
