The bestsellers of old times

45 years of bicyclebags...

Over the years we have grown to be the prosperous company we are now; market leader in the Netherlands in conventional bicycle bags and baskets. The products are sold under the brand name FastRider.

In the early 90’s we added affordable, quality rainwear to our collection.

The various consumer tests show good results. Besides the functionality our rainwear looks good and is pleasant to wear.

In 2007 the collection was expanded with cycle wear. The basic principle is the same as for the rest of the FastRider collection: value

for money. Nowadays we sell a very complete collection of cycle wear, for summer and winter, for ladies and gentlemen.

In 1966, Hesling Products BV started the development and production of bicycle bags. Originally the company was located in Oss, but later it moved to Berghem. This is still our place of business.

From drawing board to bicycle bag...

To be able to make a design you need inspiration. We look for inspiration by visiting fashion fairs, following trends, determine our target groups etc.

When we receive the sample from the factory, the stylist and the product manager give their com-ments.

For example they check if the fabric and the colours are right and if all details are correct. They test the products according to the international applicable standards.

When the sample is ap-proved, the factory starts with the production. Every step of the production proc-ess is thoroughly monitored and checked.

Quality is very important!!

The drawings are sent to the factory, that makes a sample of the bag.

Then the stylist starts with outlining and designing the bicycle bag. After approval of this model, the stylist makes the technical draw-ings.

How is a bicycle bag made?

The bags are transported to our warehouse. From there they are sent to the shops.

This is how it works:

1. Unlock with the included key2. Grab the handle, pull the handle slowly upwards and move the bag to the back of the luggage carrier to take it off easily3. You are ready to do your groceries with the Fast Rider bicycle Bag in your hand!

THE unique detachable Fast Lock system for double bags! The FLQC system is made of ABS material in combination with aluminium. One part is detachable (incorporated in the bag), and one part has to be mounted on the luggage carrier of the bicycle. It fits on most of the luggage-carriers. This mounted part is also seperately available, for example to use on a second bicycle. To prevent that the bicycle bag will be stolen, the FLQC system has a lock with two unique keys.

The FLQC system is available in combination with a bicyle bag. For this purpose we have chosen four models from the FastRider assortment, which will be available in three colours each.

Do you also pay attention to your underwear?Yes, a good sports outfit starts with the underwear. I always wear FastRider underwear.

It keeps my skin dry and my muscles warm. The perspiration moisture is directly transported to the next layer of clothing. My body can lose the heat well and doesn’t cool down because of damp clothing.

Do you have any useful tips?When you cycle a lot you have more resilience and you get fit-ter. After a while cycling in the rain, wind and cold is not such a problem anymore. Three lay-ers of clothing are more than enough then. Good luck cycling!

Fast Lock systems

Turnable hooks

With this system the bag can be put easily on the bicycle and at the same time the bag is locked, to ensure it will not move even on bumpy roads. Also, the bag cannot be taken off the bicycle unintended. The turn-able hooks provide an optimal convenience comfort.

Adjustable hooks

The hooks and fas-tener are both slideable. With this system the bags fit on every luggage carrier.

Hooks with springs

Because of the hooks with springs, the bag can be fastened to the bike in less than one minute.

Quick Carrier System

The award winning Fast Lock system that enables you to take of you bag easily and fast.

To prevent theft of your bag, the Fast Lock Quick Carrier System is provided with a lock with 2 unique keys.
