• Nikon‘s NEF file format stores the RAW image data captured by the D200 image sensor, a thumbnail and the camera settings. These are never affected or degraded no matter how many changes are made with image processing software.
• 12-bit data is processed by Nikon Capture and displayed using full 16-bits per channel
