In one of the most beautiful place in the world: Val d'Orcia, in Tuscany (Unesco
heritage site).
Scheduled dates:
September 26-29 2019 (we allow booking till August 26 2019)
October 3-6 2019 (we allow booking till September 6 2019).
The arrival evening we will decide the schedule of each day together with an
international experienced farrier.
Recommendation for your arrival:
Florence airport: 1.5 hours by car
Rome airport: 2 hours
Pisa airport: 2 hours
Bologna airport: 2.5 hours
Booking are possible only with an international tax code, since this is a official farrier's
workshop.
This event will be unforgettable!!!
Program make changes according to organizer decisions.
The farrier workshop will be confirmed only when it is reached minimum guaranteed
number.
We need to have credit card as guarantee till we reach the minimum guaranteed
number (not refundable).

Borgo (5 * stars) for 4 days (3 nights), at a cost of 4850,00 euros
(346,00 euros per person, 692,00 euros single use), includes:
• Borgo farmhouse rental (7 double rooms with private bathroom,
private gym and wellness center, private pool, air conditioning),
• Breakfast at Extravergine Restaurant,
• 1 Dinner (3-courses meal and red wine included) at Extravergine
Restaurant,
• Welcome with a glass of Prosecco,
• Tourist tax not included (1 euro per person per day).

Panoramica (3 * stars) for 4 days (3 nights), at a cost of 3850,00
euros (320,00 euros per person, 640,00 euros single use),
includes:
• Panoramica farmhouse rental (6 double rooms with private bathroom,
private jacuzzi, air conditioning),
• Breakfast at Extravergine Restaurant,
• 1 Dinner (3-courses meal and red wine included) at Extravergine
Restaurant,
• Welcome with a glass of Prosecco,

Services on request:
• 30 min Ayurvedic massage: 40 euros per person.
• Tasting of our own Extra Virgin Olive Oil: Baccano (mono varietal oil),
Infernale (blend oil to cultivate). Tasting is free.
• Cheeses tasting from local farm: half-seasoned Pecorino cheese,
advanced seasoned Pecorino and Pecorino cheese (15 euros per
person, minimum 4 people, about 2 hours).
• Tuscany wine tasting: Chianti Docg "Buccia Nera", Nobile di
Montepulciano Docg Dei, Brunello di Montalcino Docg Pietroso (30
euros per person minimum 4 people, about 2 hours).
