• BWP Marine Plywood

BWP Marine Plywood is made of selected 100 per cent Gurjan Timber (Dipterocarpus species). Classified under Class-I, this is a naturally durable timber from the richest Gurjan timber forests in Myanmar.

Standard Size : 8’ x 4’ (2440 mm x 1220 mm)Thickness : 3, 4, 6, 8, 12, 15, 18 mmGrade : Our BWP Marine Plywood is manufactured as per BS, DIN and JPIC International standards and not only confirms but also exceeds the specifications of IS : 710 – 1976 BWP Marine Plywood.

• BWP Film Faced Plywood

This International Quality Plywood Is The Favourite Amongst Builders, Developers And Contractors.

Standard Size : 12 mmThickness : 8’x4’ (2440 mm x 1220 mm)Grade : The basic plywood is made up of special selected hardwood and bonded with synthetic / phenol formaldehyde resin, overlaid with phenolic film, and edges are sealed with polyurethane paints. It meets the requirements of BS 6566 / WBP, DIN 68705 / BFU 100 or JPIC 1968 / 1973 and IS:4990 1993, and is suitable for High Quality Concrete Shuttering Formworks. Special Densified Film Faced Plywood is also available for reducing your cost & increase in the repetitions.

Applications : Wall Form, Quality Concrete Shuttering Formworks, Table, Tunnel, Cast -in-Situ, Special Casting, Columns, Walls, Beams, Slabs, Any kind of vertical and Horizontal Concrete Formworks.


Plywood

MDF-Medium Density Fibreboard

MDF is a type of hardboard, which is made from wood fibres glued under heat and pressure.

Advantages: - MDF is dense, flat, stiff, has no knots and is easily machined. Because it is made up of fine particles it does not have an easily recognisable surface grain. MDF may be dowelled together and traditional woodwork joints may even be cut. MDF may be glued together with PVA wood glue. Oil, water-based paints and varnishes may be used on MDF. Veneers and laminates may also be used to finish MDF. Some other sizes can also be made available with melamine surface (Pre-Laminated MDF) with different prints & finishes as per your needs.

Chip Board

Chip Board or Particle Board is an engineered wood product manufactured from wood particles, such as wood chips, sawmill shavings, or even saw dust, and a synthetic resin or other suitable binder, which is pressed and extruded. Particle board is a type of fibreboard, a composite material, but it is made up of larger pieces of wood than medium-density fibreboard and hardboard.

Particle Board is cheaper, denser and more uniform than conventional wood and plywood and is substituted for them when appearance and strength are less important than cost. Particleboard's main selling point is its PRICE. However, it has several other significant advantages. One of these is its stability.This stability enables new design possibilities.

High Pressure Laminates

Decorative Laminates : More commonly known as "SUNMICA", are being widely used in furniture fabrication. It is a very good substitute to paints, varnish, veneer, melamine and furniture foil because of its durability. It is available in various beautiful designs like wood veneer, plain colors, fancy designs. It is also available in embossed finishes like leather, jute, stone, cane, fabric & natural fine lines. The latest trend is real fabrics and real metal clad laminates in various embossed and different metals like copper, aluminium and bronze.

Flush Doors

Flush Doors are made from hardwood styles & rails with block boards core & cross bands. The face veneers are bonded together under heat and pressure using BWP type Pf Synthetic resin adhesive confirming to IS: 2202:1991.

The cross bands are from selected hardwoods uniformly dried to the required moisture content and then bonded with special phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin. Flush Doors are chemically treated for termite & borer resistance
