honor for me today to introduce myself..Ms.Devi Rao of
Ornithologist ...my dear students..Welcome to all the
ornithologists...on this joyous occasion ....I am indeedhappy to be
the facilitator of grade Xth A...because it is not only my subject
Italk about but also ...Right Thoughts Right Expression Right words
Rightspeech. And Right action at Right time. Endowed with
organizationalcapabilities...I was personally associated with this
batch since last threeyears thats enough time for us to interact
with each other and understandyou all.Well the very fact that they
share with me all their happiness andconcern.....When we divided
the class room according to the learnersoutcome...it was quite
interesting to watch you guys. You guys came outwith mixed
emotions.....feeling nostalgic ...We need to discuss with you
allprior to any major change that we would like to do. May it be
dividing theclassroom or syllabus and the time table...I remember
how we wouldinteract with you all in the conference hall . Believe
me it is not easy toconvince the X grader ..which I think I have
done it successfully.... 3. Grade X A....I coached you for the
academics as to what is useful for the boardexams and what you all
need is to be the most successful people on the planetand get
genius-level results .. I respect people who have determination
andwho are unfazed even during the adverse times and never stop
short whenfaced with obstacles whose self belief and conviction
enable you all to achievehigh goals exercising will power is
another form of affirmation....} I call you all intellectuals,
confident enough to have high expectations anddifferent attitude
towards teaching learning process....Trust me..the way you
alltalked in the classroom about the global context was
amazing...during the thepresentation of "A day with the leader"
well...the way you all exhibited yourleadership traits....building
on your character first and competence next.... forme you all are
my unsung heros....I just dont tell like that I mean it when I
tellthis. I could even see how you all responded in collecting the
RDF fund for theBeautiful tree campaign of Rupees.13,569.50,this
shows your civic responsibilitytowards Nation Building , feeling
empathy and dynamic in your actions....letme mention the highest
donation of my class...it is none other than Chandanawith a sum of
Rupees 1166 ...and Damrutha with 1088..Tarun Krishna with
900Rupees....no matter what climbing every mountain you all come
across andfollow every stream and rainbow to fulfill your dreams...
We had great time. 4. I am glad to share your hiking....experience.
It was like royaltreatment...given to you guys. Irrespective of the
adversity....It wasprivileged to go on Hiking to Maredumilli near
Rajahmundry ....Sweetmemories to be retained....Our Annual opera
success I would like to share this. Rishitha looked verystunning in
those costumes and has acted well in the Telugu skit. It
waspleasure to watch my students performance ...May it be Raj
kapoor or Dev.anand..or to the melodious song mere naam hai chun
chun chu.... butfinally how my students responded to
that...performing giving their bestespecially the boys.. yes I take
the patent right when I tell my students...performed the best...
you all Rocked the show. Taking away the limelight ofthe evening it
was a grand success it was pleasure watching
yourperformance.Whistle blowers club developed you all as a
conscientious citizens and howyou all participated in the
discussion and came out

did.... forgoingyour Sundays .. my

participated going to thenear by Apartments and creating awareness
of saving water from wastage...and became the Trend
setter....indeed I would like to share about Amruthashe celebrates
her birthday with the orphanage...and has spend time withthem.
Srinidhi during Diwali spend her time with
orphanagestudents....what else would I see in my students..and the
leadershipqualities you all developedYou all make me proud ..I am

Amrutha......mention the Program and my students likeever ready

Undoubtedly.. It is never ending talking about my
gradestudents..youth is an excellent edifice adulthood is build...
Speakingabout the competence my students got great scores and and
toppedthe Asset scores and secured good result in Asset exams
too....the TAand the DA conducted...I take the privileged to tell
that my studentsscored above ninety..in all the formative 1,2,3 and
the Summative Iconducted by our school...and further can tell that
you all are goingto prove themselves or beat the record of
CGPA..scores last year wehad 28 students..who scored Ten on
Ten..for the boardexams....believe me this year we will break the
record....Having saidthat....I Believe in my students with great
convictions..The primeminister of the school Guna chaitanya..who is
an Assest topper butalso good at academics and also in sports..He
went to Delhi recentlyand won fourth place in nationals hockey
tournament....The MLA ofmy grade X A... Venkat Rahul dont go by his
size..he isknowledgeable and yes at times emotional... boy. in this
grade and I got the students govt...??the Mp who gotdemocratically
elected...proud to have these students in my grade... 7. They not
only showed their performance in the academics but alsoexcelled in
the competitive exam held by IMO..i.e. International
Matholamypiad...Krishna vamshi stood first in the school and is
attendingthe 2nd level...Similarly NSO..National Science Olamypiad
heldYashwant is the topper of the grade..and he is also attending
leveltwo...I would like to tell that He is the only one who
participated in allthe annual operas conducted by primary to senior
wing he was in theband if you all noticed it ..and also he was the
most privileged one tobe one of the participant of TEDX
conducted....the credit goes tohim.....Tarun krishna and Amrutha
participated in the Inter-Schoolcompetition debate and elocution
..conducted by the GlendaleAcademic Not only in academics they were
good at the sports tooTarun krishna and Yaswanth won gold medal in
Basket ball and theywon silver trophy for Cricket under 19 in the
state level Deccanchronicle sports.... ... .getting laurels by
winning gold and silver medalsand a gold Trophy for the games..you
should have seen them how theycome back each time and share their
victory with me.. . 8. Talking about literature Geethanjali won
bronze medal in Hindi debateconducted by ....she is also the member
of students council and I can tellyou all that she had been the
most provactive student,a very deep insightindeed...she comes and
tells me mam I observed you since last threeyears..you have lots of
leadership qualities..and further tells me that I am adiplomatic
person liked by all not only students but also
teachers..likeme....look at their observation......My students
build on their selfesteem.....and Work on moral compass....Indeed
