FANTASY FOOTBALL
DRAFTING PLAYERSA long time ago in a magical land there was a
fantasy football team they were called The Flying Patriots. The
first round of drafting the Patriots drafted a dragon. Then the
second round of drafting they drafted a knight and a witch. The
last round of drafting they drafted an alien.
GETTING PREPAREDAfter drafting the players the football league
started to find coaches. They found a lion, tiger, and bear to
coach the team. Once they got the coaches they started to find who
was good at what position. Then they finally figured out who was
better at QB which is the Witch. The linemen are all dragons and
the running back is the Knight. The alien is the wide receiver.
Next the coaches started discussing who was going to run the
offense , defense, and special teams. The tiger is the offensive
coach and the defensive coach is the lion. Last the bear is the
special teams coach.
PRACTICE TIME!The team practices four nights a week and watches
game film on the fifth day of the week. Practice time at first was
sloppy but as the season went on it got better. Our defensive
drills went good but or blocking drills need work. Our offense and
defense is strong but still needs improvement. We need improvement
on the defensive linebackers tackling. THE SEASONOur first game
that we played the Cougars and we won by a recovered fumble and
scored a touchdown. The next three games in a row we won each by
two touchdowns. The fifth game we played the championship team from
last year. It was a hard battle, but we won by two points. After
that we had five more games left in the season. The next three
games were tougher because the teams had gotten stronger, but yet
we still pulled out with a win. The last two games were the
toughest of them all. The second to the last game went into
overtime, but we still won. The last game didnt go well because we
lost by a point. We made it into the playoffs and the championship
game.
THE CHAMPIONSHIP GAME The playoffs was a hard battle. It was a
back to back scoring game, but are offense was able to pull it off
with a victory. The championship game was a couple weeks after the
playoffs and the day we played the championship game it was
snowing. The first half both teams remained with no score. The
second half we scored two touchdowns back to back and our defense
got a safety. Then they got the ball and they scored two
touchdowns. With five seconds left on the clock we threw a hail
marry to win the game.
