CRITERIA
In this category, judges will be looking for evidence of an HR Advisor who, in the past 12 months has gained respect from their client base by ensuring high visibility and face to face contact while proactively delivering a high standard of HR service and solutions. They will be able to demonstrate their continuing professional development and provide evidence of how this supports their ability to understand their business and apply and adapt best practice to suit the needs of their clients. Nominations will also be judged on evidence of their impact, provision of their individual HR service and solutions and evidence of learning from CPD activities undertaken in the preceding year.
Nomination SummaryPlease give a brief summary (of up to 100 words) of the nominee’s career background, their current role, key achievements/why they should win.
Please note that if your nominee is chosen as a finalist, this statement will be included in the Awards Ceremony programme alongside a statement from our judges to detail why they were chosen as a finalist.

1. Please demonstrate how and where the HR team, and the role of HR Advisor, fit within the overall structure of the organisation, including an organigram.
• Please also include the C.V. /career background of the nominee
Please also provide an organisational overview – including information about:
• The HR Team e.g. How many roles, who you are responsible for and their job titles, their development and growth, KPI’s, your level of influence, evidence of your profile in the business and evidence of your relationships within the business etc. • The organisation as a whole e.g. company-wide and HR Team turnover, company-wide and HR team financial headlines.
This section should be no more than 300 words but you may include charts etc. as attachments.

2. In no more than 1000 words, demonstrate the extent to which the HR Advisor has made a fantastic and measurable contribution to delivering quality, proactive solutions and services to operational teams within the organisation in the last 12 months.
To include:
• Evidence of the nominee’s impact on the business • Focus on activities in the most recent 12 months and outline the progress that has been made against specific objectives set at the beginning of the last 12 month period. • Internal testimonials – we strongly advise these are included in support of the nomination to demonstrate perceived value within the business. You can also include external testimonials – all must keep a business focus.
