AUTOGRAPH PLAYER APPEARANCESTACOMA GIANTSGaylord Perry Led Tacoma to PCL crown in 1961 with 16-10 record and league-leading ERA, selected to all-time Tacoma team in 1984, won his 300th

major league win while with the Seattle Mariners in 1982. Elected to Baseball Hall of Fame in 1991.

Don Carlson Was 5-3 with a 3.67 ERA for the Tacoma Giants in 1962. Spent four seasons in the San Francisco organization.

Dick Estelle Pitched for the Tacoma Giants and San Francisco Giants in 1964 and 1965 and is only pitcher in Tacoma history to toss two no-hitters.

TACOMA CUBSDon Larsen The only man in history to pitch a perfect game in the World Series, having accomplished it as a New York Yankee in 1956 against

Brooklyn. Don spent 14 years in pro baseball and retired in 1968 after pitching in six games for the Tacoma Cubs.

Darcy Fast Pitched for the Tacoma Cubs from 1967-70 and compiled a 7-2 record as a member of the 1969 PCL pennant-winning team. He subse-quently played for the Chicago Cubs and San Diego Padres of the National League. He authored the book titled, “The Missing Cub”.

Aaron Pointer Outfielder for the 1969 PCL champion Tacoma Cubs. Played for the Houston Colt .45s and Astros. Last player to bat over .400 in a full season of pro baseball, performing the feat in 1961. Is the brother of the Pointer Sisters.

Bobby Gene Smith Outfielder and pitcher (3 games) for 1966 Tacoma Cubs. Caught, played 1B and the OF for the ’67 Tacoma Cubs. A member of the original New York Mets of 1962. Spent seven seasons in the major leagues.

TACOMA TWINSStan Naccarato Saved baseball in Tacoma at the end of the 1971 season by getting local investors to keep the club in Tacoma. Served as General Manager

of Tacoma’s teams from 1972-1994. In 1975, received the Executive of the Year award for all of minor league baseball..

Mike Adams Son of Bobby Adams, Tacoma Cubs General Manager. Hit .311 with 21 HR’s for the Twins in 1972 and .307 in 1974. Played in the majors for Minnesota, the Cubs and Oakland.

Gregg Bemis Played for the University of Puget Sound Loggers and later for the Tacoma Twins from 1975-1977. Finished his career with an 8-7 won- lost record.

Mike Brooks Tacoma Twins infielder in 1972 and 1973. Played eight season of professional baseball in the Twins and Indians organizations.

Jim Nettles Played outfield for the Tacoma Twins in 1973 and again in 1981 and 1982 with the Tacoma Tigers. Was also the Tigers hitting coach from 1982-84. Spent six seasons in the major leagues with the Twins, Tigers, Royals and A’s. Is the brother of former Yankees third baseman Graig Nettles.

Bill Ralston Tacoma Twins infielder in 1974 and 1975. Played for the Spokane Indians under manager Tommy Lasorda. Won a PCL crown in Albu-querque with teammates Ron Cey, Davey Lopes, Tom Paciorek, and Joe Ferguson.

Jim Van Wyck Tacoma Twins infielder (1973-77), Tacoma Yankees ticket manager (1978), and film producer (The Babe, Lethal Weapon 4, & Free Willy).

TACOMA TUGSRick Borchers Pitched for Tacoma Tugs/Tigers (1979-80) and had an 11-10 record.

TACOMA TIGERSDave Heaverlo Pitched for Tacoma Tigers (1981-83) and was also pitching coach for Tacoma (1982-84). Seven seasons in the major leagues with the

Giants, A’s and was 6-3 for the Mariners in 1980.

Bill Krueger Now a broadcaster for RootSports, Krueger pitched for Tacoma Tigers (1984-87) and Rainiers (1995). 13 years in majors with Oakland, LA Dodgers, Milwaukee, Seattle, Minnesota, Montreal, Detroit and San Diego..

Ed Nottle In three seasons at the helm of the Tacoma Tigers, Ed led the club to two Northern Division titles, and in 1981 he was named PCL Man-ager of the Year. In 1984 he was selected as Tacoma’s all-time manager.

TACOMA RAINIERSSteve Gajkowski From Bellevue’s Newport high, Gajkowski had an 8-6 record for Tacoma (1997-98) and pitched nine games in relief for the M’s in 1998.

A.J. Zapp Played 1B for Tacoma Rainiers (2004), he is the first player in Tacoma history to hit a home run over the centerfield wall – a 505’ blast. In that same game he hit a grand slam and finished with 9 rbis.

SPECIAL GUESTSLouise Mazzuca A Stadium high grad, Louise hurled 35 no-hitters and nine perfect games during her career. Was enshrined in the National Softball Hall of

Fame in 2007, only the second female from Washington so honored.

Doug Sisk A Stadium high grad, Sisk played nine years in majors with Mets, Orioles and Braves. Had a 22-20 record. A member of 1986 Mets team that beat Red Sox in the World Series.

Wes Stock Played nine seasons in the majors with Baltimore and Kansas City. Former Minor League Pitching Instructor for Oakland A’s when the Tacoma Tigers were their Triple A affiliate. Pitching coach for the Mariners (1977-1981).

Ken Still Former PGA Pro Golf tour member, first-base coach for Tacoma Twins season-opener in 1975 and a rabid baseball fan.
