OverviewQuiet Comfort…Efficient Control…Flexible Design
ICE AIR Fan Coil Units (FCU) provide reliable
performance, high-efficiency operation and allow ultimate
design flexibility.
ICE AIR FCUs utilize the highest quality materials and
manufacturing practices in order to provide quiet comfort
operation. Thermal and sound insulation, paired with
precisely-sized air handling components deliver low
sound levels while achieving optimum comfort. Work
without distraction. Sleep without noise. ICE AIR units
create a comfortable environment so quiet it’s almost
undetectable.
Through the use of optional ECM motors, ICE AIR FCUs
are highly efficient while providing improved indoor air
quality. As a member of the USGBC (U.S. Green Building
Council), ICE AIR is committed to creating a healthy
environment through the use of sustainability-focused
HVAC products that support green building design and
construction.
Maintaining the highest quality product means ICE AIR
products meet all UL standards and conform to ASHRAE
90.1, local building codes and energy standards. All ICE
AIR products are ETL-listed for safety in the U.S. and
Canada.
Every project is different with distinctive needs outside
of providing comfort to the space. ICE AIR FCUs are
available in a multitude of configurations with a wide
variety of accessories and options such as 2-pipe
and 4-pipe systems, customized valve packages and
customized sheet metal to create a custom design
tailored to the needs of the project.

Hi Rise FCHR
Designed specifically for high-rise
installations – apartments, hotels,
condominiums and office buildings –
the ICE AIR FCHR units combine
easy installation without sacrificing
room comfort or design appearance.
These compact units take up a
minimum of space and can be used
in a variety of ways such as built into
a room divider or a wall to serve two
or more rooms. The FCHR can also
be concealed in the corner of a room
or even inside a closet.
