Famous Enterprises’ Central Distribution Center (CDC) is a 350,000 square foot facility designed to streamline the logistics and operations of our large inventory stock.

Our 17 semi-tractor trailers (53’ each) supply our branches everyday and additional flatbeds deliver pipe, flat sheets, larger commercial rooftops andother items throughout the week.

Our first Customer Support Center (CSC) opened in June, 2007. Our knowledgeable and friendly team of Famous Supply and J.F. Good Associates specialize in Plumbing, HVAC, Building Products and Industrial applications.

We are proud to say that all calls coming into the CSC are an-swered “live” by our receptionists; there are no buttons to push or interactive voice responsive systems to navigate. Once the call is answered it is transferred to your account manager or to the first available Inside Sales Specialist who would have exper-tise in that area, if that is your preference.

The phones are staffed by a knowledgeable and experienced sales staff of Associates physically located at our Customer Sup-port Centers as well as Associates located throughout all of Fa-mous’ branch locations. Our voice data system provides “Cus-tomer support group extensions” where calls can be transferred to the first available Associate regardless of location.

Our inside sales and technical Associates assure that all our Cus-tomers receive world-class service through the processing of orders by telephone, providing pricing, inventory and delivery information.

Associates keep abreast of new industry developments and trends by attending training and seminars offered by manufac-turers and service partners.
