of disease is Rational.

Proper age of marriage for girls is 20y and for

boys is 25y.

Individual health Status

Shri Nagappa Momlekar 65y old has history of

Hemiplegia of left side of the body 6 months ago.

He is on ayurvedic treatment since 5 months and

is completely recovered now

Smt Ambika momlekar -50y old, has undergone

vaginal hysterectomy 3 months before
