Halloween at the Y will offer

Trick or Treating with our local community businesses. Event includes games, bounce houses, karaoke, slime craft, cupcake decorating, giveaways

and more for children and families. This event will provide a safe and fun

environment for families to enjoys Halloween festivities.

The event is free and open to the public. Sponsorships of this event

underwrites the cost associated with organizing the event.

Vendor Fee: $200 - Only 2 booths per industry will be available Vendor Deadline: October 15, 2018.

Vendors will be provided with: (1) 10x10 booth space. The YMCA will provide you with 1 table, 2 chairs. Set up begins as early as 1:30pm and must be completed by 2:30pm. Location of booth is at the discretion of the event organizers. Each vendor is responsible for cleaning up their own booth space before leaving event. Due to difficulty of clean-up, silly string and water balloons are not allowed. Vendor Booths must remain set up for the duration of the event. The YMCA is not responsible for anything left unattended. Vendors are required to bring a game and trick or treats for participants. Halloween at the Y will be held held inside the gymnasium of the Twin Lakes Family YMCA We expect 1000+ participants to attend Halloween at the Y. Vendor Information will be emailed event details no later than Thursday, October 18th.*All vendor games must be approved by event director. First come first serve for game selection.
