Certificate program, you’ll learn the skills and processes used to guide clients toward a successful conclusion of family

disputes. During the highly interactive, 40-hour certificate program, Lynn Gaffigan, JD, and an interdisciplinary team of

experienced mediators use exercises and individually coached role-plays to help you develop the knowledge, skills and

tools of an effective mediator.
