Mental Health Month is celebrated each year to raise awareness around mental

health and wellbeing. This year the theme is Value your Mind and the aim of this

is to encourage people to prioritise caring for their mental health, just as they

would their family, their work and their physical heath.

As each person is unique, it’s important to recognise that each person has

unique mental health needs. Some tips that might be helpful include; get more

sleep, make time for you, talk with old friends, listen to music, live life in the

present moment and reach out before things get tough.
