FA16 WK15 20170120 Version 5 FALL 2016 AMDA END-OF-SEMESTER STRUCTURE: INFORMATION SHEET FOR STUDENTS Students are required to remain in attendance for school obligations through Friday, February 10 th , 5:30PM (Some senior performance obligations may continue through Sunday, February 12 th ). NOTES: Any Student, who is not present for their Performance Assessments, Demos, etc. (as selected/required) within Week 15, will have the appropriate course grade reduced one full letter grade. If no course is directly connected to the missed event (i.e.: Performance Assessment), the student’s "Core" course grade will be reduced instead. Any student who misses their Critical Studies final exam will receive a "zero" for the exam and that zero will be factored into their final course grade. Should there be a conflict within a student’s schedule, students must notify the Education Dept by Friday of Week 9 (December 16 th ). CLASS OBSERVATIONS - Observations usually occur as part of a regularly scheduled class during weeks 12-15. Observations occur in the following courses: Acting (Acting 1, Acting 2, Acting 3), Musical Theatre (Musical Theatre 1, Musical Theatre 2, Musical Theatre 3), VPS (VPS 1, VPS 2, VPS 3, Dialects), Stage Combat (Stage Combat 1, Stage Combat 2, Stage Combat 3), Individual Voice (all semesters via Music Assessments set for week 15), Dance (dance courses as scheduled by Dance Department). FALL 2016 AMDA END-OF-SEMESTER STRUCTURE: INFORMATION SHEET FOR STUDENTS
