Admissions Prospect Sources (CRM Data)This data represents the original point of contact with a prospective student who enrolled at UW – Stevens Point. Last year Admissions significantly increased the purchase of prospect mail lists from ACT, Cappex and Zinch. The Ellucian Recruiter Constituent Resource Management System (CRM) coupled with efforts to improve website structure and marketing played a key function in generating institutional interest and converting admits to enrollments. In addition a strategic emphasis was placed on admissions counselors being the single point of contact therby heavily personalizing the recruitment experience.
