FAIRYTALE OFFERS MORE CHOICES FOR KOSHER CUSTOMERS

PHOENIX, Ariz. - Aug. 1, 2008 - Fairytale

Brownies celebrates Hanukkah this year with a

variety of new gift offerings.

Since becoming a kosher kitchen in 1994,

Fairytale Brownies has grown into a popular

food-gifting company with both the Jewish

population and those who appreciate the

standards which kosher certification requires.

“We became kosher to appeal to a broader

audience,” Eileen Spitalny, Fairytale Brownies

co-founder said. “Many gift buyers say they

never thought about us being kosher. It’s an eye-

opener for them because they begin to think

about who will be receiving their gift.”

When kosher recipients see that the Fairytale

with a royal blue bow, and silver and blue dreidels are attached for some after-dessert fun.

In the Hanukkah Sprite Dozen gift, twelve 3” x 1.5” Sprites, one of each flavor, are nestled in a silver-lined

blue gift box.

“We put a lot of love in our packaging,” Spitalny

said. “from baking, to hand packing the brownies

and surrounding them with tissue and a special

label, to custom designing the boxes and special occasion bands. When the gift arrives, opening it is an

experience for the receiver.”
