CDU Business School (VET)

• Provides Certificate and Diploma level qualifications in Business, Financial Services and Training and Assessment

o Specialisations include: Business, Business Administration, Human Resources, Project Management, Work Health and Safety, Small Business Management, Leadership & Management, Book-keeping, Accounting

• Specialty courses and short courses for NTG and private industry can be customised and delivered on campus or on site as required

• Delivery modes include full time, part time, online, blended and recognition of prior learning

o Bachelor of Business –replaces the Bachelor of Commerce

o Master of Business Administration- replaces the previous Master of Business Administration

o Master of Business Administration (Professional Practice)- replaces the previous Master of Business Administration (Professional Practice)

o Graduate Diploma of Business Administration -replaces Graduate Diploma in Business Administration

o Graduate Certificate of Global Marketing- NEW COURSE

o Graduate Certificate of Human Resource Management - replaces the Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management

School of Academic Language and Learning (SALL)

Provides academic support to students through programs such as:

• Tertiary Enabling Program (TEP)o a pathway into University for those who did not complete Year 12;

and/or have not studied for a while and lack confidence to achieve academically; and/or did not achieve an adequate ATAR

• Common Units Program (CUC)o develops students practical academic skills, including: critical thinking,

reading, researching and writing.o builds students’ cultural intelligence and capability for effective

participation in diverse communities

• Academic Language and Learning Success Program (ALLSP)o provides a free confidential service that assists all higher education

students with academic skills development tailored to a specific unit
