Wheat
Facet L herbicide can be applied pre-plant at 22 fl oz/acre for control of several broadleaf and grass weeds in wheat. Following Facet L herbicide applications it is important to plant wheat at least 1-inch deep to promote optimal growth under drought or other stress events.
Sorghum Facet L herbicide can be applied pre-plant or as a postemergence application to up to 12 inch tall sorghum (22 to 32 fl oz/acre). Facet L herbicide also tank mixes well with other sorghum herbicides and is recommended in mixtures with 2,4-D, atrazine, and Clarity® herbi-cide just to name a few.
Fallow and Non-crop Applications Facet L herbicide can be applied for control of both annual and perennial weeds in fallow and non-crop applications. Non-crop areas include but are not limited to roadsides, fence lines, and rights-of-way. Facet L herbicide mixtures with 2,4-D, glyphosate, Clarity herbicide, or Distinct® herbicide will provide the broadest-spectrum of weed control in these areas so please consult the label for specific tank mixture recommendations.
Pasture, Rangeland, CRP, Grass Grown for Seed
Facet L herbicide has outstanding tolerance to many warm season and cool season grasses and can be used to control several grass and broadleaf weeds in these grass crops whether they are grown for seeds, pasture, hay, or as part of CRP lands.
Facet L Means Improved Grass Control
Facet L provides greater activity over Facet DF on grasses like large crabgrass (BASF internal trial 2005)
