Use the Email Blast feature to easily create a campaign or perform follow up. Just sort through contacts by
Skin Type, Skin Condition and Skin Goals to create your recipient list. View and select/ deselect which
corresponding clients you would like to send your message to. Choose one of our email templates and draft
your message. Lastly, preview your message and send your email!
How do I get to the next FaceMapping section?
Simply click the desired segment in the flow bar or click the “NEXT” buttonlocated at the bottom of each card. All information saves automatically so
no need to worry about client information getting lost.
Will clients from the current FaceMapping transfer over?
Yes, all of your existing client contacts will be transferred over, just use
your existing FaceMapping login for the new app.
My login is not working
Click on “Forgot your password?” from the homepage and enter your
email. Follow the link sent to your email to reset your password.
But I’m a PST.. WHY do I need AI?
AI technology is meant to assist, but in no way replace Face Mapping.Think of it as a second opinion and a way to get your clients interested in
learning about their skin health!
My FaceMapping AI iPad camera will not work.
Camera access may have accidentally been denied to the application thefirst time your FaceMapping AI was opened. You can reset the camera
access by going to your device settings then:
General > Reset > Reset Location & Privacy
Enter your passcode and follow the prompts to reset the Location &Privacy preferences. Login to FaceMappingPRO, add a new client and
open FaceMapping AI. Follow prompts to allow access to your camera.

What do you do with the data?
While we store the data for you, we do not utilize it in any way.
Will Dermalogica email my clients?
In short: no. Dermalogica will not be using any of your client contact
information.
Is Dermalogica just going to steal my clients?
No! We want YOU to grow your business and client contacts.
Are the emails sent from my email address?
No, they are sent from a no-reply address, although it is possible to link
your preferred email address. Reach out to us to ask how!
How do I download my client list?
On the opening screen, there in a “download to CSV” button in the top
right hand corner.
