A fable is a short, made-up story. When you read a fable, you may enjoy the story and also learn something from it. The moral, or what you learn, is usually written at the end.In most fables, one or more of the characters is an animal, plant, or something else, but it talks and acts like a person. Some fables are written as stories, and some are written as poems.One of the most famous people who told fables was Aesop . He lived in Greece about 2,600 years ago. Fabel kallas en typ av saga dr djur beter sig som mnniskor. I sagorna har djuren de egenskaper som mnniskor har frknippat med olika djurarter: rven r listig, ugglan r klok, bjrnen r trg och klumpig och s vidare. Fablerna har ofta ett budskap, en sensmoral.
