About our gatesWelcome to our full and varied range of hand-crafted gates. They are allindividually manufactured and there is a style to suit any opening or drive-way. Our gates are made in our own workshops using traditional skills andutilising only the best raw materials, Forest Proucts gates will add characterto any home.

Bespoke gatesWe recognise that customers may have their own design specifications fortheir new gates. This doesn’t present a problem as all our entrance gates aremade to order in terms of material, design and size so we are able to turnyour design into a reality.Bespoke entrance gates are constructed from hardwood, most commonlySapele, Iroko and Oak.

A sturdy and reliableside entrance gate.Manufactured with PARmorticed frame andsawn feather-edge infil.Stock size 1.8m high x0.9m wide pressuretreated green or brownand handed forhanging.This versatile gate canalso be combined tomake pairs of gates upto 3.6m wide asillustrated.Also available to orderonly with bevel-boardor TGV infil, but thelatter cannot bepressure treated due tothe nature of theboards.

Elton Pedestrian Gate

An excellent side entrancegate to compliment Newentpattern driveway gates.Available 1.2m high by up to1.2m wide. Manufacturedfrom either pressure treateddouglas fir or sapele. Canalso be manufactured withstraight top rail. Pleasespecify pattern required.Pedestrian gates can bemanufactured to match mostof the listed Entrance gates.

Newent Pedestrian Gate

Designed to matchthe five barentrance gate,either in tandem oras a separate gate.Standard height upto 1.2m by 0.9m,1.2m or 1.5mwide. Available inpressure treateddouglas fir orsapele, the choiceis yours.

A reasonably priced five bar entrance gate manufactured fromplaned all round selected whitewood, and pressure treatedgreen for longer life. Stock sizes 1.2m, 2.4m, 3m and 3.6m widex 1.2m high.May be combined to make pairs.

Universal Gate

Single gates

The Universal gate is manufactured using kiln dried timber-quality guaranteed. The Universal gate is particularly suited tothe residential market and its ‘universal’ specification removesthe confusion over ‘handing’.

The Universal gate has a heavy duty top rail over the entirewidth for extra strength.

A variation on the ever-popular five bar entrance gate, withadded palisade pales to keep children in and animals out( orvice-versa!). Can be fitted with rounded top or pointed palisade,and is available 1.2m high by up o 3.6m wide in either pressuretreated douglas fir or sapele.

Five bar Gate with Palisade Infil

A traditional five bar gate specially crafted to enhace anyentrance. Manufactured from selected pressure treated douglasfir, or sapele, this gate is available 1.20m and up to 3.60m wideto suit your opening.This pattern can be made as a pair if required.

Diamond Braced Entrance Gate

A traditional five bar gate specially crafted to enhace anyentrance. Manufactured from selected pressure treated douglasfir, or sapele, this gate is available 1.2m high and up to 3.6mmts wide to suit your opening.This pattern can be made as a pair if required.

Woodman Gate

A recent addition to our range, manufactured from selectedwhitewood, and pressure treated for longer life.This versatile gate is available as a single pathway gate or as apair to close off a drive. It can be made either 1.2m or up to1.8m high, and up to 3m wide as a pair.May be pressure treated green or brown.

Chepstow Gate

Bristol Gate

A striking traditional entrance gate with feature curved heel,available up to 1.65m high and 2.4m – 3m wide. Individuallycraftsman built using traditional carpentry methods, and can bemade to fit most driveways.Available in either Douglas Fir or Sapele, this striking gate maybe made as a pair.

Estate Gate with High Heel

Traditional farm gate manufactured in standard stock sizes from1.8m to 3.6m wide from sawn douglas fir.Standard height 1.2m. Hunting gate available to match either0.9m, 1.2m or 1.5m wide. Pressure treated green from stock,but may be treated brown to order only.

Diamond Braced Sawn Field Gate

A ledged and braced palisadegate for your side entrance.Manufactured from selectedsoftwood and pressuretreated for longer life, thisversatile gate can be madeto suit most openings. Withcurved top, standard size is2m high x 0.9m wide. Fittedwith standard pales, or withsmall and large pales aspicture.Can be manufactured to suityour requirements.

A sturdy and reliable gate designed for use across woodland orfarmyard entrances. Available as a single gate or in pairs, at1.35 high this pattern affords a high degree of security to yourproperty. Illustrated gates are manufactured from planed allround douglas fir.

Woodman Gate

A very distinctive pair of gates, superbly finished, that will addelegance to any property. Unique in design, it has that old worldcharm and individual characterisitics that make it truly personal.Available in either hardwood or pressure treated softwood, itcan be made to suit most entrances.May be adapted for use with automatic opening equipment.

Marlborough Gate

Traditional pattern, a top seller for many years. Available insapele or pressure treated douglas fir, and can be manufacturedto suit most driveways. Very versatile gates.May be adapted for use with automatic opening equipment.

Orchard Gate

An elegant design with a shaped top rail adding uniquecharacter and security to any driveway.

Churcham Gate

Attractive drive-way gates for the discerning home-owner.Available in either hardwood or pressure treated softwood. Canbe manufactured to suit most openings.May be adapted for use with automatic opening equipment.

Newent Gate

Another unique design, similar to the Aintree, but with a straighttop rail and curved heels.Available in either pressure treated douglas fir or sapele.Sizes up to 3.0 mts wide to suit your opening.May be adapted for use with automatic opening equipment.

Goodwood Gate

Double gates

First introduced in 1955, these attractive gates combine securityand elegance with privacy. Available in either Sapele or pressuretreated Douglas fir in sizes up to 1.80 high x 3.0 mts wide. Maybe adapted for use with automatic opening equipment.

Flaxley Gate

A very unusual design, this ‘chevron’ pattern gate will set offany entrance. Available 1.20 high x 2.40 or 3.00 mts wide onlyto ensure symmetry of design.Can be manufactured from pressure treated Douglas fir orSapele, the choice is yours.

Epsom Gate

From our Whitewood range, the Ellwood offers a less expensiveoption for a pair of security gates. Manufactured with half-lapinfil this gate is available either 1.2 or 1.8 high and up to 3.00mts wide as a pair. Pressure treated for longer life this gate canbe also used as a side-entrance gate.Available pressure treated green or brown.

Ellwood Gate

A classic privacy gate. Available in either sapele or pressuretreated douglas fir. Up to 1.80 high x up to 3.60 wide as a pair,with closeboard, half-lap or bevel-board infil. A gate of distictionthat will enhance any driveway. The gates shown aremanufactured with half-lap boards. May be adapted for use withautomatic opening equipment.

Dorchester Gate

A new addition to the range, based on wrought iron patterns,with square vertical top bars, shaped top rail and enclosedbottom section. An attractive and practical entrance gate.

Cotswold Gates

A recent addition to our range, manufactured from selectedwhitewood, and pressure treated for longer life.This versatile gate is available as a single pathway gate or as apair to close off a drive. It can be made either 1.2 high or up to1.80 high, and up to 3.0 mts wide as a pair.May be pressure treated green or brown.

Chepstow Gates

A solid and reliable pair of driveway gates, combining securitywith a very attractive finish. Available up to 1.20 high by 3.0mts wide. Manufactured from either pressure treated douglas firor sapele, the choice is yours.

Blaisdon Gates
