    Follow these steps and click the corresponding movie to view procedures for Purging Unnecessary JobVersions from 4100ES Master Controller Card Compact Flash Memory and the Job Folder on Your Laptop.

    Part 1: How to Purge Unnecessary Job Versions from Master Controller Card Compact Flash Memory.1. From the 4100ES Programmer, click the File Transfer icon and then the History/Undo tab.2. Click the job revisions to be purged. Multiple versions can be selected by using the Shift and/or Ctrl keys. IMPORTANT: The active (current) job file cannot be deleted. DO NOT delete the most recent inactive job file.3. Click the Delete selected button and then the Yes button to confirm the deletion.4. Click the Close button to return to the 4100ES Programmer.

    Part 2: How to Purge Old Job Files from the Job Folder on Your Laptop1. From the Windows Desktop, right click on the Start button, click Explore, and then click the 4100UJOBS folder.2. Open the appropriate Job Folder.3. Use the Shift and/or Ctrl keys to select .TXT, .ZIP, and CFG4100 files to delete. IMPORTANT: Do not delete the most recent versions of these files.4. Once you have selected files for deletion, press the Delete key.5. Verify your selections and click the Yes button to confirm the deletion.
