Original Scope Revised Scope

Summary SummaryThe original scope, developed in 2014 includeddemolition of the existing 114 bed facility and createda new 120-bed campus with seven buildings. Housingwas divided into a 30-bed refurbished dormitory, two30-bed standard housing units and a 30-bed highsecurity building, including separate classrooms. Theproject added on-site laundry and kitchen services.Classrooms and recreation space is provided in aseparate gym/school building, and a large outdoorrecreation field is located in the center of thecampus.

The revised scope includes demolition of the existing114 bed facility and creates an 80-bed facility using a 20-bed refurbished dormitory and two30-bed standard housing units. Classrooms andrecreation space is provided in a separate gym/schoolbuilding, and a large outdoor recreation field is locatedin the center of the campus.

High security beds and classrooms, are not included inthis scope. Probation will accomodate high securityneeds using standard housing and classrooms throughoperations and programming.
