Pre-registrationvideoortheComprehensivePortalGuideforinstructions.
2. Loginusingyournewcredentials,chooseyourdefaultlocation,andaddyournewlabregistrations.Then,youcanaccessthePortalDashboard.

1. FromtheDashboard,choosethedate and Member information in thefieldsprovided.ClickSearch.
2. Ifthememberyousearchedfordoesnotparticipateinyourparticularnetwork,youwillberequiredtochooseadifferentpractitionerwhoacceptsthatmember’sbenefits.Thenclickthebuttontoselectthemember.

3. ClicktheView Detailed Benefits buttonbesidetheMember’snameintheresultslist.TheMember Eligibility information displays.
Submitting a claimSubmit a claim to get paid for services (exams, contact lens fitting and follow ups, or medical optometry/medical surgical).
