With your purchase of Pleasant Password Server licenses, you receive one year of upgrades and support (email and phone during business hours - Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm EST). If you wish to purchase extended upgrades and support past year one, there are two options:

1. Annual Purchase at the anniversary of the original license purchase date. The cost is 25% of the current price of your user licenses, and is valid for 1 year (365 days).
