the financial year 2019-20, minimum word strength would be 50,000.

Terms and Conditions:-

1. The Proposal should contain, detail work plan and breakup of expenditure, full profile of the

applicant/Organization along with experience to the related works.

2. Proposal should be submitted based on the above mentioned budget.

3. The proposal should come through proper channel only in case of Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous

bodies' employee. Failing which the proposal will not be considered.

4. Proposal will be scrutinized and selected by an expert Committee under Tribal Research and Cultural

Institute.

5. A midterm report required to be presented after 3 month of issuing entrustment order.

6. The Midterm progress report and the final manuscript will be scrutinized by the Expert Committee and

the concerned Scholar/NGO is liable to make necessary correction or modification as suggested by the

Scrutiny Committee. 40% of the sanctioned fund will be released as 1st Installment, 30% will be released

as 2nd Installment after satisfactory presentation of midterm report and the remaining 30% will be

released after satisfactory and successful completion of the work. In case the project (developing of

dictionary) is not completed successfully, then the 70% of the total fund sanctioned as i" installment

and 2nd Installment should be refunded with panel interest @ Rs.7.s% p.a from the date of release of

fund to Tribal Research and Cultural Institute.

7. The work should be completed within stipulated time limit as mentioned above. l(one) hard copy of thedictionary along with soft copy in Word file should be submitted during final submission.

8. The entrusted scholar has to give copy right permission to the % the undersigned and the scholarshould check the proof during printing.

9. The final dictionary would be published by this institute. The dictionary or part of the dictionary cannotbe utilized or published without prior permission ofTribal Research and Cultural Institute.

10. An agreement including above terms and' condition have to be executed with Tribal Research andCultural Institute, Govt. of Tripura before taking up of the work. tV ~
