Introduction
Dear retail partner,
I am pleased to send you today our first export-newsletter. In the future we will inform you on a regularly
basis about current topics and developments in the global distribution of Warendorfer Kitchens.
The new kitchen system „Warendorf 16“ has characterized our this year fair in September. With
substantial product improvements, we have sustainable positioned us in the market and give you the
opportunity with a modern and fresh design in combination with our high production standard to gain
advantage over our competitiors.
In the next weeks we will finalize the planning of the display kitchens with our Warendorf 16 partners so
that from January your endcustomer can be informed in your showroom about the new system.
With our new owner Cobe Capital, Warendorfer Küchen GmbH has obtained the basis for a long-term
positive development and market management. In the next weeks and months we will still work intensively
on our commenced global brand and marketing strategy. With our new partners in India, Lebanon and
Asia we also work on further expansion of our global distribution network.

Warendorfer Küchen GmbH has a new owner. CoBe Capital, established by the American entrepreneur and CEO Neal Cohen willtake over Warendorfer Küchen GmbH as of 31st December 2012.
Neal Cohen has many years of experience as an entrepreneur in the USA and Europe. The corporate portfolio encompasses a range of successful companies in the consumer and B2B markets. CoBe Capital recognizes that the future success of Warendorf is based on continued investment in marketing and distribution in orderto bring our outstanding product to more potential buyers than in the past.
We look forward to working with our new owners who will make thecontinued development and sustainable positioning of WarendorferKüchen GmbH possible.

Project business
Market entry in Singapur
After a lot of preliminary work the AFG Asia Pacific could win the project „Greenleaf Road“ in Singapore. A reputation carrying project in the luxury sector: Individual houses with high value furniture are integrated in a residential community in the natural environment. Therewith Warendorf is an essential part of a prestige and flagship project and has realized the “first step” into the project business in Singapore. The brand and their product importance have been strengthened and further demand is generated. According to the style of the building, the kitchens are from dimension and material of high quality. An almost 6 m long high wall integrates appliances and provides storage space behind pure white smooth lacquer fronts. As a functional unit is in front a 2 m long island unit in Tineo veneer and touch close mechanism.

Realisation of the project „Landmark Tower“
This year Warendorf has realised a big project in Abu Dhabi. With a height of 330m and a total area of 205.000 square meters the “Landmark Tower” will be the tallest building on the island of Abu Dhabi. The tower is a mixture of commercial and residential use with five floors for restaurants, office buildings and 72 floors including a penthouse. In total 270 high quality kitchens were delivered by Warendorf.

From 15th to 21st of September our annualhousefair took place in Rödinghausen on Gut Böckel. Many visitors from Germany and abroad took the opportunity to see theinnovative products of Warendorf Kitchen.As every year all guests could see highestquality, sophisticated functionality and modern design on the stand of Warendorf Kitchen.

Warendorf 16
Starting in January 2013 Warendorf will changehis production and introduce a complete new griddimensions, the grid 16.All carcases will slightly increase (4cm) so ourstandard carcase will be 80cm. With this new modular grip dimensions theplanning will be easier and also the lines are moreclear. The consequent repetition of the front formates also emphasizes the harmonicappearence of the Warendorf kitchen.

New joint dimensions
From January 2013 our new joint dimensions will be 4mm, vertical as well as horizontal. This will also emphasize theclear and harmonical lines of our kitchens.
New drawer box
As last year during the fair most of our customers voted forthe new drawer box this will become our *standard drawerbox in January 2013. Excellent movement quality, morestability and space in the drawer were the main argumentsfor this changing. With the new drawer box Warendorf continues the clear lines also in the interior of their kitchens.

New cutlery insert for drawers and pull-outs
Our new cutlery insert for drawers and pull-outs will be available from January in 2 colors, oak or black ash (see picture left). A lot of different parts of the interior (boxing, knife block, etc.) offer a high number of possible combinations, so that each customer will find the ideal interior for his kitchen.In the next release of the “kitchen news” you will be informed more in detail about all of our novelties which will be orderable in January 2013.

Following the fair 6 customer from Taiwan participated a product training in Warendorf. Duringthe two day training session among other thingsthey intensified their knowledge about our productnovelties. We would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank all guests for their participation and looking forward to the next training in Warendorf.
