EXPO ‘15 The Village of Roaming Shores will host a merchant exposition on May 2, 2015 at the Rome Rock Association Clubhouse, 13 Rome-Rock Boulevard. The event will be free to participating exhibitors, but open ONLY to residents of Roaming Shores. While exhibitors will not be charged a participation fee they are required to provide the Village with a $25 refundable deposit, proof of liability insurance and an item or basket to be raffled off to residents as a door prize; food vendors are requested to provide food samples.

General information

Set-up: Friday, May 1, 2015, 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday, May 2, 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. Tear Down: Saturday, May 2, 2015, 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Exhibit Space: Maximum indoor display height is 9 feet; tables, chairs and trash receptacles will

be provided. Outdoor tents are the responsibility of the exhibitor and must be 10’ x 10’.

Electricity: Electric outlets are available to exhibitors inside the clubhouse. Deposit: The deposit will be forfeited if you choose not to participate and if your booth

space has not been cleaned or if there is damage to the area. Attached for your use is an EXPO ’15 event flyer, rules and regulations, a clubhouse floor plan, registration and waiver form. Expo ’15 Rules & Regulations

1. Exhibitor shall set-up and tear-down during designated times;

2. Any display or merchandise must be hand-carried or on rubber wheel dolly;

3. Exhibitor shall not permit any rubbish or refuse to accumulate in the clubhouse and

make arrangements to prompt trash removal;

4. Inside exhibitors shall be provided with one table and chairs, but are responsible for

table skirting, enclosures and signs;

5. Exhibitors shall furnish all labor needed to set-up and take down its displays, if any;

6. Exhibitor shall deliver and surrender to owner immediate possession of the premises

upon the expiration of this agreement in a broom-clean condition;

7. No electrical wiring will be laid that would create a hazard. Should an exhibitor wish to

access an electrical outlet, exhibitor must provide their own appropriate power strip

and extension cord. Only Blue Painters Tape or appropriate or appropriate floor

covering can be used to secure electrical cords and must be less than 3” in width;

8. Nothing may be attached to any fixture in the clubhouse;

9. The exhibitor shall not have any flammable or combustible liquids on the premises;

10. No tools or equipment will be provided by the owner; and

11. In the event any one or a number of rules as listed above are not complied with, and the

exhibitor is not in compliance within a reasonable time from receipt of notice of non-

compliance, then exhibitor may be terminated from EXPO ‘15.
