n Get creative, innovative and hands-on with our engineering design projects; previous projects include:
n building your own functional interactive dance pad gamen designing assistive technology for the physically challengedn making your own iPod speakern designing an artbotn creating intelligent electric clothes
n Saturday, 4 p.m., Closing design exhibition, families and friends invited!

Are you interested in making a difference in the world? Sweet Briar College is hosting an engineering weekend for sophomores, juniors and seniors to explore the field of engineering. It’s a chance to “try on” engineering as a college major.
You’ll work on cool engineering design projects with
full-time faculty members and current students. And you
can pick our brains about engineering and college life in
general all you want.
The cost for this weekend is only $30 and it includes
lodging, all meals, supplies and a T-shirt. There are only
25 spots, so sign up now.

Sweet Briar College is centrally located within the state of Virginia, 50 miles south of Charlottesville, 120 miles west of Richmond and 165 miles southwest of Washington, D.C., on U.S. 29.
