In progress STS Training Course (Level 1 STS Course) in theory (simulation) and breakdown of all relevant regulations STS Guidelines Ed.2013 MARPOL, ISGOTT, ICS, MEG3 and VIQ, followed by actual STS Training on-board vessels conducting STS (Level 2 Mooring Master Course), under the guidance and supervision of qualified Instructor & Senior Mooring Master.

Evros has over 5 years experience in the ship-to-ship industry and is the co-founder of STS Assessment & Monitoring Services Ltd.

He is a very well known STS provider having carried out over 2,500 STS operations and transferred over 600 Million MT of various petroleum products with no accidents, no pollution and without any delays.

Capt. Konstantinos Spiropoulos Co-Founder

Konstantinos has been involved in ship-to-ship lightering for over 10 years and is also the co-founder of STS Assessment & Monitoring Services Ltd.

He was a full time Mooring Master for over 4 years, having conducted over 300 STS Operations as Mooring Master and still regularly conducts STS operations to keep his ship handling skills up-to-date.
